HSC Enrichment Seminar for Drama Students

The HSC Drama Enrichment Evening will provide students with opportunities to develop and consolidate their skills. Presenters, highly experienced in preparing and examining students in HSC drama, will provide instruction on three key topics:
Presenters will address the HSC assessment criteria, and each session will involve practical and interactive activities, including brief workshop-based performances. |

About the presenters:
Dr Michael Anderson works in the Faculty of Education and Social Work at the University of Sydney, where he teaches and researches in drama and teaching and learning. Michael is author of Solo which focuses on the HSC individual project performance.
DiAnne McDonald is the Head of Drama at Brigidine College St Ives. DiAnne has been extensively involved in the University of Sydney's HSC Drama Enrichment Days, as well as lecturing at AIS drama conferences. DiAnne is a highly experienced actor and director.

Stephen Smith is Head Teacher of English and Drama at Kirrawee High School. He has extensive experience in both teaching and examining of HSC drama, and has been drama consultant and supervisor for the HSC drama examination.

Public Transport: The Seymour Centre is easily accessible by public transport. Bus Routes 422, 423, 426 & 428 travel regularly from Castlereagh Street in the City, up Broadway through Railway Square, and stop outside the Seymour Centre.
Parking: The University of Sydney multi-storey Shepherd Street Car Park is located behind the Seymour Centre. Entry from Shepherd Street. Evening rates (3pm–6am weekdays): $6 flat (valid to following 6am) / $2 hourly (to max. $6) (Rates subject to change)
