Using Action Learning to Facilitate School Reform
Friday 3 August 2007
Traditional models of professional development ignore the expertise and knowledge of teachers. Current research strongly suggests that action learning, currently used in a range of professional learning programs, is more successful in ensuring sustained educational reform.
This workshop will explore methods by which participants can employ action learning to facilitate school reform. Participants will be invited to come with issues arising in their own contexts.
Presenters: Associate Professor Robyn Ewing and Dr David Smith
Fee: $210 (GST inclusive)
