Overview
The experience of live theatre is a major and mandatory part of performing arts syllabuses in Australia and throughout the world. This kind of drama is often experienced at school level through productions, at youth theatre festivals and through touring productions of theatre made by professional and semi-professional companies.
Directing Young People aims to extend understanding and skills in those directing young people in schools and other settings. These practical workshops will demonstrate techniques for working with a diverse range of dramatic forms with different groups of young people.

Format
4-day intensive worskhop program
Assessment & Accreditation
Optional: Completion of the full 4-day workshop program, plus the successful submission of two additional assessment tasks can be accredited as one unit towards a Graduate Certificate, Diploma or Master level degree.
Fees & Registration
Fees: $800 (plus $360 for marking optional assessment tasks)
