Science in the Middle School: Challenges and Opportunities

This introductory program aims to examine and develop scientific content, contexts and pedagogy related to the NSW curriculum, by:
- helping make science lessons relevant and current for teenagers today
- investigating teaching approaches that cater for all students, and
- developing ideas for integrating science into a wider curriculum.
The course will include formal presentations and practical workshops with opportunities for discussion.
